Nordic Navigation Challenge (NNC)

More than 40 control points and Bonus locations are scattered all over the south of Sweden, this year they are all south of the line between Stockholm and Oslo.
Your challenge will be to plan and ride the perfect route between your choosen locations on your bike, in a limited period of time!

You can now sample the challenge by downloading an extract from the 2010 Bonus book here.

NNC is a challenge for anyone who really enjoys riding their bike a little further than to the local supermarket.
NNC is not about speed. If you drive too fast you may be disqualified!
NNC is not about distance!
NNC is all about planning smart, and riding even smarter.

Your route planning skills will be challenged on the twisty back roads of southern Sweden. Your physical and mental skills will be put to the test in a land where you can expect any weather from the Swedish Summer, to a near Arctic Snowstorm.
The nights are short and the roads have very little traffic. Join us and experience motorcycle riding at its finest!

When the challenge is underway, you must verify your visits to the various locations with receipts or photo's as dictated in the rally manual.

12 or 24 hours

If you are new to Long Distance riding we offer a 12 hour version with the same challenges, just in a more compact format.
Any Iron Butt Association member is welcome to participate in the 24 hour class for maximum motorbiking challenge!
